Business to Business Sales Representative

The position is part of the Business Development Team. You’ll be responsible for assisting in selling exhibit space via telephone. Finding/cultivating new business is the primary role. This is an opportunity for a foot in the door of a fast growing company! You can move up within the organization in weeks not years!


  • Find and qualify leads provided by our partners
  • Make 50-60 sales calls per day
  • Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals and related targets
  • Work in CRM Program efficiently
  • Use of a web browser
  • Reaching out to potential vendors via email and phone to introduce the opportunity of exhibiting with the Destination Travel Show
  • Constantly seek out leads for potential exhibitors from every possible source such as advertisements in other media, internet sources, competitive shows, association members, etc
  • Constantly build and maintain sales database utilizing existing processes/guidelines for documenting records
  • Attend all appropriate competitive shows/events and follow-up on leads immediately
  • Bring personal energy, enthusiasm, and flair as a member of the sales team, willing to put in whatever hours are necessary to get the job done
  • Ensure all contracts are signed and space is paid in full on time
  • Other duties as required


  • 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred in a phone-based, inside sales, outbound calling environment, Willing to train the right motivated people!!!
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills required
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines in a teamwork environment, required
  • Knowledge of CRM preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
